“I've been in the saltwater aquarium for a couple years but just recently visited school of fish and it will be my go to fish store from now on. Don't let the location fool you! The store keeps the most amazing, high end marine fish you've ever seen in pristine tanks but also has something for everyone. “This is a small shop, but it's very well stocked and the staff are super friendly and customer service oriented. The gentleman that helped me admitted that he was new, but had no problem asking someone more knowledgeable to get the correct answer to my questions. He waited patiently while I selected the fish I wanted. My only teeny tiny complaint is that he did smell like he hadn't showered for a few days, but he offered such excellent customer service, that I'll definitely return. “The Meadows Center (Aquarena Springs) was enjoyed by our church children's group. All the kids ages 3-12 found ithe glass bottom boats interesting and had a really good time. The boat tours are about 30 minutes and there is a short trail around the edge of the lake.”

“We really enjoyed the Discovery Room portion of this science center. The Discovery Room is a paid activity $3 for kids, $4 for adults and teenagers, and $5 for Seniors. Definitely worth the price. The Discovery Room is not huge, but practically everything inside it is interactive, very well done, and appealing to kids. My kids are 3 and 6 and were well entertained with the many available educational activities until they started to get hungry about an hour and a half after we arrived.”

“Pricey for our whole family, but we had a great time. Fun to see tanks from above and below. Lots of touch pools... Rays, sharks, crabs, urchins. You can feed flamingoes for $5. Fun little dolphin show, but don't sit in the front few rows if you don't want to get salty fishy water splashed on you... Several times. The 4D theatre is fun. We watched both 15 minute movies they had and loved them.”

They also have freshwater fish and a large assortment of supplies, lighting, tanks and SeaChem chemicals. I bought a 10 gallon freshwater tank, some rocks for decoration, CaribSea Eco-Complete substrate and other supplies. Preston, Neil, Billy and Scott have helped me recently. They were all kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They told me everything I needed to know and answered my questions. I look forward to adding fish to my tank.”

“A fun experience. Very nice exhibits, good variety. I saw shark eggs for the first time. Kid - friendly. I climbed into an observation dome made for children to check it out and liked it. I liked the platform over one tank, made so you can look down into it. One exhibit had so many varieties of fish, it was impressive. I enjoyed the little tidal pool display where you can pet the sea stars and sea anemones. I took one star off only because I thought it was a little expensive.”

“We attended a private party for work that offered private viewings of the sea creatures at the Moody Garden Aquarium. We got to wonder about the the pyramid with adult beverages and appetizers. It was quiet and peaceful. We were allowed to touch the jellyfish at the touch tank. We were served a meal of salmon, steak, and chicken with awesome sides and . The desserts were incredible. They were all catered by the Moody Hotel. Great fun!!!!!”

It was thoroughly enjoyable and well worth the money. Definitely would go back. The earlier you arrive the better.
