“Very great experience. The therapist lady was very kind to me and knew exactly how my ankle was doing just from the first session. With each passing day, I could feel my ankle getting better and better. I went from just barely to being able to walk to jogging and now I can run and all it took was a couple of weeks. Now I can get back on my basketball grind thanks to the therapist lady.This was my first time doing therapy and it was a great experience. I feel better than ever now that my ankle is nearly 100 percent.”

“I had the wonderful experience of having my first set of Kaiser appointments at the Alexandria location. My entire family is new to Kaiser and my children needed to be seen in this COVID environment. Before my appointment a nurse called to verify my children's appointments, asked questions, and told me about needing more than 1 adult for the appointment to maintain social distancing. It was a bit hard finding the parking garage but we made it. We were stopped on the first floor to be screened and check in (the call the day before was helpful so we knew what to expect). Two of our masks were changed because we had valves. Kaiser provided the masks (I am glad as we remained protected). The elevators were super high tech and my children loved it. We were called soon after arriving on the 4th floor. The technician (I believe her name was Shanika-sorry if misspelled) was sweet and a joy. She was pleasant and maintain a positive attitude, even with my difficult toddler. Both my children saw Dr. Sarah. She was the best. She took her time with each one of them, asked various questions, and got my children on track from a medical standpoint. I really appreciate the care and hard work of the Pediatrics department and I am happy to say I am a Kaiser member.”

“We have been so impressed by the communication, safety, and thoughtfulness shown by the Woodbine nursing and administration staff during this pandemic. The staff encourages video calls and family emails. We enjoyed participating in the mother's day parade, too. They've been safe and considerate in scheduling resident visits. The check-in process was smooth and organized. The people dealing with residents on the memory care unit are heroes on a regular day. Now, they are super heroes, and we can't thank them enough for taking such great care of mom!”

“I usually don't write reviews, but i wanted patients to know my experience. I went to two other clinic and walked out because it was awful. The experience here is amazing! The front desk girl Sharon was super nice, with the most calming voice, the office is so clean. Donyelle was great, she helped with my funding, Lina was so supportive. Dr. Swallow is so compassionate and very nice. I recommend this clinic over any other clinic in the area. I am thankful for all the girls here. Thank you for doing a great job during a pandemic.”

“Dr. Kaur is the BEST! I am a new patient as I just moved to Arlington and needed to switch dentists. I was recommended to her by my oral surgeon when I got my wisdom teeth out last year. She is so thorough. I had a check up and cleaning and this is the first one I’ve had that the doctor actually did the cleaning (and the assistant did the polishing). She went through each of my teeth and told me about the tooth (what work she could see I’ve had done, if any). It was such a pleasant experience. Both the doctor and her staff are so kind and welcoming. I had a root canal today and the whole experience was very. They made sure I was comfortable. Best of all, it took less than an hour. They also have a memory ship program that if u pay a flat fee, for the rest of the year you get 20% off all procedures and cleanings. The cost of this fee pretty much equals the cleaning/exam fee. It’s a great deal I have never found anywhere else. Everyone needs to see this dentist!”

“Just wanted to give a shout-out to the pharmacist (I think his name is Doug). After waiting over 2 weeks for my doctor's office to approve additional refills on a routine medication (one I take daily and had to go without for a week because the office failed to respond to the pharmacy or me), then seeing my doctor and having them send the new Rx to the WRONG pharmacy (still unsure how they managed this when they clearly already had the information from my previous Rx), Doug was extremely patient and helpful with continuing to contact my doctor's office and the other pharmacy, and even managed to get the medication ready within 30 minutes of me first contacting him and realizing that the Rx had been sent to the wrong place. I really appreciate having a pharmacist who is so willing to help clients, patient, professional, and efficient. Glad that I chose this pharmacy when relocating to the area.”
