Bill helped Me out with a wheel alignment. Another shop told me it was required so I went in and after doing the test they determined an alignment wasn’t required and gave me my keys back and I drove away. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and they didn’t charge me a thing. It would’ve been very easy to tell me they fixed my issue and take my card and I appreciated their honesty.

Very nice employees. Excellent customer service on the phone and in the store.The price stayed the same that was given to me over the phone when I entered the service station. They also said it would be done in an hour and it was . They answered all my questions in terms I could understand.

Booked an appointment online and was able to get my trucks oil changed just a few days later. Waited about an hour which was expected and accurate to what they initially told me when I asked how long it would be. I didn't bring my daughter with me but the little play house that they had in the waiting area made me feel like she might have actually enjoyed it too.

This is by far the best Car Care place in Midlothian. I'll be back!
