I had a great massage with Nell. It was targeted to my areas of tension and I felt dramatically better after the massage. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the whole facility was clean. Free parking was located right outside the door. After my massage I went shopping at great stores in the same plaza. All in all, a fabulous experience!

Jaquetta is simple amazing from her greeting, to the attention to detail that she pays. I appreciate how much she does to make sure all of my knots n tension is gone by the end of our session. I appreciate that she let's me know when she updates her schedule so that I will be able to book my appointments with her well in advance since she is so popular that it could be difficult to book a last minute massage with her. I tell all my friends about her because I appreciate her hard work and her pleasant attitude.

I hesitate to write this review, because it may make it difficult for me to get an appointment
going forward . However, it must be said that Lou is one of the best therapist I've ever had hands down. I've been seeing her for a few years now and she remembers, things of my personal life that I've shared. Which makes her more than a therapist to me she's a friend. Wonderful massage. Thankfully, they are bringing back offering water to their guests. It is difficult to get an appointment with the closing of other Massage Envy clinics. The costs have been almost doubled but I feel it is worth the cost.
