“This place is my go to! I absolutely love Kelly she has done all of my procedures. She is so sweet and always so nice.She walks you through the whole process and makes you feel beyond comfortable.You can ask her anything and she does not make you feel dumb for asking. From initial contact with the appointment desk to checkin to assessment and seeing the doctor or nurse practitioner, to heading home, this is absolutely the finest practice we have ever encountered. Ginny in admissions was pleasant, informative and helpful no matter what or how many questions I had. Nurse Practitioner Kathy Anderson was responsive, informative and attentive to my father and the family. Tiffany in finance was also thoughtful, kind and helpful guiding us through the business end of his care. And Melissa in social services spent a lot of time helping us and was warm and helpful. There were others that cared for him that I did not meet in person but am so grateful for. Everyone that we passed in the hall was pleasant and acknowledged us and asked if they could help us. I would highly recommend The Laurels of Willow Creek for anyone needing skilled nursing care for their loved one.”

“We made a move to Midlothian area this past year and started my son with Dr. Byrd and his office. Their website is what pulled us in. But, their hospitality, kindness, compassion, beautiful words, and excellent thorough knowledgeable care is what kept us as clients, refer others, and want to change also transfer general dentistry for our kids to their pediatric office. Unfortunately, when we tried their office didn't accept our dental insurance there. If your insurance allows you the opportunity to use either or both offices I highly suggest making the transfer. You won't be let down.”

“I developed some rather intense pain in my right leg following a 28 mile bicycle ride followed by completion of the Army 10 Miler the next day. Yeah, I over did it. In any event, Dianna was able to alleviate that pain and I was back on the road in less that an month. Her studio is quite comfortable, warm and inviting. And it is conveniently adjacent to the Boathouse on Swiftcreek Reservoir. I highly recommend her to anyone in pain or some sort of discomfort. She is highly skilled, patient and will discuss what she is doing if you are interested.”
