“I purchased a resale home that was still under the one-year builder warranty. The cabinets were one of the items that was included in the the one-year builder inspection. Upon the inspection by the Better Kitchen & Bath representative, I pointed out a few issues that I had noticed with the cabinets. From the representative who did the inspection, to the warranty department manager, David, to the owner, Roger, (who contacted me directly when I emailed about the process to repair the issues and came out to the house personally to look at the cabinets and spent over an hour discussing the issues and how BK&B would be rectifying the problems) to all of the technicians who did the repairs/replacements, I have nothing but the best things to say about their attention to detail, their commitment to making all of the repairs and making sure that I trusted those repairs. In addition, all of the people that I worked with at BK&B were professional, courteous and helpful from start to finish. In my opinion, the he true worth of a company can be seen in how they fix any issues and their customer service during the process. Better Kitchens & Bath stood behind their product and installation commitments and made sure that all of the repairs were properly completed and that I was confident and satisfied throughout the process. “This is Chesterfield's all encompassing park, offering a wide variety of activities that cannot be found elsewhere in the county. Most of the amenities in the park are well maintained, though the park as a whole is a little bit outdated. The Nature Center is worth checking out if you're lucky enough to be there when it's open, and the trails are well marked, suitable, and more prevalent than most systems in the county. Unfortunately, the pond on the far side of the park suffers from overfertilization and lacks very many good viewpoints along the adjacent trail.”

“I was first referred to Dr. Sprecher in late 2006 early 2007 for one of my sons. I have had her then evaluate my other son because over the years I have come to value the service she provides even more because she is real! I know that the diagnosis my child is given is accurate because she did not rush to make it. In fact, at one point in the testing process for my other son, she advised me that she wanted to get approval for more extensive testing because the results thus far were concerning and she wanted to be 100% certain that it was accurate so he could get proper care to help him succeed and the additional testing would either show the same or change the diagnosis. For a doctor to be that thorough in this society we live in today and not be bought by pharmaceuticals to rush a diagnosis for any type of kickback is astounding and I love it! The people in her office are amazing to deal with and I personally have never had a bad experience in her office!”

“After reading other reviews, I was a little concerned, but everything worked out fine. Clean little laundromat, not very busy on a weekday morning, everyone was polite but minded their own business. As others have noted, the dryers are relatively expensive (25¢ per 4 minutes; I needed about 24 minutes on high to get everything dry; washers were $4). There are signs posted that address most of the complaints I read in the comments (last wash times, don't leave if your laundry is still there, etc.). I'll probably never be in town again, but I would stop here if I was and needed a laundromat. And Grant's Coffee is only a block away!”
