(November 24, 2018, 2:37 pm)Went from back spasms & pain to a healthy, strong back and body! All due to Sytera, her yoga methods & her understanding of injuries and how to treat them. Her team of instructors are first rate ! I am grateful & LOVE this studio.
(September 12, 2018, 2:10 pm)Found it easily, dropped into Slow Flow Yoga with Dianamaria and it was lovely. The studio was very clean and nice. The people were friendly and I had a positive experience. I would return.
(September 9, 2018, 8:14 am)If you’re looking for a great yoga studio, look no further. Sytera Yoga has a great lineup of instructors, who can provide vigorous workouts that emphasize strength- and flexibility-building. Other classes stress serenity; both are needed. I especially like Kathy Low’s Ashtanga classes, which will challenge even seasoned athletes. However, Kathy is also a very kind person, and will tailor her workout for folks who did not make the Olympic Team; beginners are welcome! If you live or work in or near McLean, you should definitely check it out.
