“i retired a home builder in 2018. I build and sold my first house in 1984. Since than I built 2000 homes. I was building a screen porch in my house in Potomac, Maryland. I made selections with the contractor with whom I have worked for 30 years. I had gone to Great Falls shopping center. As I was waiting for some one, I saw a sign for Next step flooring. I went to see the show room. I met Bruce, owner of Next step flooring. I talked to Bruce about my screen porch. He brought me two sample tiles for floor and knee wall. I was very impressed with the choice and quality of tiles he had selected. I asked him to work out a price. He was one third less than the quote from my contractor. I asked Bruce to do the job. His team just amazing. Best job I have a contractor do in 40 years of building homes. Any one, including the county inspector, who been seen the porch admires the work, both in looks and quality. This is the first review I have ever written for a construction contractor. Since the porch is outside my house I have authorized Bruce to show case his work during day light hours without my permission. It is art.”

“If there's one phrase that describes Jothi's healing methods and service, I would say "above and beyond". Jothi helped me work through some childhood trauma in two ways. One, using reiki healing methods to get the energy flowing through the body. She did this from a distance. I felt an interesting calm and peace afterwards. My mind was boggled. How can this person, who is somewhere 50 miles away, have an effect on my body's energy? I continued on and Jothi also recommended some EFT tapping methods, which were part of my own "homework" and which helped to speed up my healing process. The truth is, as people become adults and behaviors solidify, it's hard to reach back into the proverbial basement and clean up the cobwebs. But I kept wondering: "I'm trying so hard at [life goal], why is it every time I see victory on the horizon, [life goal] slips just out of my grasp?" and if the [life goal 1] is different from [life goal 2] why do the same patterns of behavior around life goals emerge that impede me from reaching higher? Jothi used more of her own time personally counseling and coaching me, and I treasured that time as well, because she took an objective, yet softening approach. I felt super comfortable telling her about several demons I had been battling. I feel like we were both swinging swords together to defeat a common foe. I would definitely use her services in the future, as life is an ongoing process.”

“I knew that I was taking a chance with a small company when I placed my order for a pistol upper. That said, here is the good, bad, and ugly of my experience. The good is that it is a high quality product and I am quite happy. The bad is that it took three months to get. I am aware of the issues facing the firearms industry but that seems a bit extreme to me. They were prompt to respond to my emails asking for updates, however. Ultimately, I feel that if you are in no hurry then place an order and you won't be disappointed. If you need (or just want) it quick, then look elsewhere.”
