However, as I went to college and had no trouble keeping good grades and my classmate from other hometowns struggled, it made me consider how lucky I was to have had the kind of education Remington schools provided to me. My wife isn't a simple minded person, but she struggled in college. Wichita schools had not prepared her for post high school life and educations. To this day, I consider the majority of my teachers as friends and will have contact with them every so often. They not only remember me, but have interest in where my life has gone after leaving their care. My wife doesn't remember many of her teachers and none of the teachers in Wichita schools cared to remember her. Food for thought! I am very grateful to all of the wonderful people who have helped me to be who I am today! I am now a parent of two kids in USD 206, I chose to come home and give my kids the same quality education I received!”

“Great family experience!! We checked into a cabin on Friday @ 4PM and left the following Monday around 1030AM and all around everyone with us had the best time. My husband, myself, our 3 year old, 17 year old, and my parents all came for the trip and did not leave disappointed. The cabin slept 8 and was very comfortable. The only suggestion with the cabin is more trash bags and a broom. We did a guided tour during a Hiking/crafting activity scheduled and really enjoyed the knowledge Denise had. The pool was great with the basketball hoops and swim up bar. You couldnt keep us off the adult water slides and the kiddie pool was perfect for our 3 year old. Shopped way to much at the general store but it was super convenient. Did not eat at the restaurant on property. Grilled at our cabin or went to local restaurants. Being able to rent a golf cart for a great price was also a great feature. We understand that the campgrounds are still under construction and look forward to visiting next year. I do wish there was a gym. I am an avid runner so I enjoyed early mornings around the site, the weather was perfect for it.”

“This is a relatively new storage facility so everything is pretty clean. The manger and staff are very friendly and gave us a quick walk-in tour of the place. The hours of operation are pretty strict and the gates are locked at 7PM daily (locks at 5pm on Sundays). They have video surveillance and alarms so that brings some peace of mind. But still, for obvious reasons, don't store your valuables here. It took 20 minutes into sign up for a new unit. The prices here are reasonable for a 10 x 20 unit. The height is about the same as a typical garage.”
