“Helpful staff! Especially, Candice, we contacted her because we needed an NP. A good friend advised us that AAA offers it to their members free (1st ten signatures are included, then there is a charge after that). I had a few questions regarding if the NP could also serve as a "witness," and she answered my questions professionally and advised how the process is handled as she sees many different types of documents. We recently relocated, and I realize the benefits of AAA now more than ever. They are a great resource, and until recently, I just used them to receive discounts. Sometimes there's a waiting list for the collards. I've tried almost everything on their menu and I only have one complaint and that is they are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Omg so good.”

“Nothing but positive experiences with this shop! I don’t know much about cars, but they were very gracious to help me understand the problems my car car was having. I had a lot of questions, and they didn’t try to take advantage of me when I let my ignorance show. My girlfriend has also been here several times for service, and as a woman walking into an auto shop, she was very grateful that they showed her the same respect. They clearly have earned a customer base, as they seem to stay busy. However, they diagnosed my car quickly, and gave accurate projections for how long it would take.”

“Very convenient gas pumps and efficient shopping kiosk with beverages. There is no bathroom here, so I wonder where the poor attendant goes when he or she has to go. And there isn't much room to turn around a larger vehicle on highway side of the pumps. I give it 4 stars for great service and efficient design, but consider human needs in the next.”

“We had to make an emergency stop on our 7 hour road trip due to a nail in the tire. We pulled off at the first exit and the first stop said it would be at least a 4 hour wait. With 2 kids in the vehicle and a truck bed full of bags, we knew that would not work. They pointed us to Meineke and we are so glad they did. They not only took our truck immediately, but they gave a recommendation for a fantastic diner within walking distance so our girls could get something to eat while we waited. Both experiences were absolutely fantastic. This is a stand up business that cares about their customers!! I hope I don't get another nail in the tire, but if I do, I hope it is near Meineke in Hampton, VA.”

“Everyone is kind and you can really feel a sense of community there. Dress code is more casual but everyone always looks nice in my opinion. Pastor Dave is wonderful and I love his use of humor. Pastor Sherry has a beautiful voice and I enjoy hearing her sing, as well as all the people of the choir. I always look forward to attending on Sunday’s. I’ll be moving in August and I’m heartbroken that I have to say bye to these amazing people.”
