After speaking with Carey and taking the gun back to him, he acknowledged the work was not up to his usual level of performance and offered to re-do the gun. I picked the gun up today (one week later, which was a much better turn around time than the original work) and I am extremely pleased with the work. As I told him, I am much more interested in his willingness to fix the issues than in the issues themselves. He stood by his word and I couldn't be happier with the resolution and the finished product.”

We shaved the side of my head and trimmed up the rest of my hair to maintain condition. Mary even offered me a line at the part, and it's honestly a wonderful touch. She did a gorgeous job of trimming and keeping as much length and texture as possible (at my request. I don't like blunt cuts on my hair). The results and experience exceeded my expectations entirely, and I didn't feel judged at all, which can be a struggle for some of us. I can't stop staring at myself in the mirror, and I'm so excited to go back sometime soon to get my hair colored.”
