“The wife and I were driving home after attending granddaughter's softball game and eating lunch in Smithfield. My wife spotted the store as were driving by and after a quick discussion, we made a U-turn to check it out. A great decision I must say. Don't let the size of the store fool you. It is fully stocked. Steve gave us a tour and some samples. We walked away with 6 bottles and a promise to return. Military discount for veterans. I highly recommend them.”

“The trees are enormous here and so breathtaking. Old and majestic. It feels magical. There is a beach here as well. A nice walk in nature. A great place for a picnic. There is a shelter with picnic tables and there is a bathroom on site.”

“Wife and I travel full time in F450 and 42ft RV 5th wheel. Visited Mid June 2023. This park is REALLY nice and big. VERY spacious sites. Grounds were kept clean and debris free especially close to the wooded area. These are gravel lots but packed down well. Water pressure was adequate. We got 40 PSI at max throttle. Facilities were very clean, dog pens were VERY clean and large for our 2 bostons to rum. Swimming pool was very clean and monitored daily. Has a small kiddie playground Campground speed is 5 MPH. The management takes speeding over 5 MPH very seriously. Don't speed in the campground. Zero campground WiFi. AT&T and Verizon was 4-5 bars for my modems. Quite a few tenants had starlink, not sure of that connectivity speeds. There was a fishing pond and primitive camping areas along it. We were there for 8 days and experienced no bugs. We highly recommend this place, especially for those that want to stay long term. I would recommend that you have your own internet services which for us was a biggie since I work remote full time.”

“An ideal place for hair styling needs conveniently located in the town of Windsor. She did a great job coloring my granddaughter’s hair. Her prices are very reasonable, much better than the National chains. Getting an appointment was also much easier. There are hours available in the late afternoon and on Saturday. There are also tanning beds available.”

“Quiet and homely place to live. Owners/Caretakers care very much for their small community. Many folks here have lived here for 20-30+ years. I only just got here this year, and this is the second place I've ever lived on my own, now with my wife. I count myself very blessed to have found and acquired a domicile here. My neighbors are so very nice. And it's DEAD quiet, like ALL the time. It's amazing. And it's located in a very geographically strategic spot. Multiple ways to reach Suffolk within 25mins. And, of course, with the Town of Franklin right next door, we very rarely have to travel far for anything. If we do, it's for familial visits. All in all, Beaverbrook Manor does a FANTASTIC job at quelling any and all negative feelings one might have for a "trailer park". I'd rather live here than anywhere else in Franklin, that's for SURE! Especially a great spot for a young couple like ourselves to use as a first stepping stone on the tumultuous walk of life. I will be forever grateful to Beaverbrook Manor for giving a young stranger a chance.”
