“I arrived 40 minutes before my appointment. Called and asked if maybe they could take me early. The receptionist said come on in we'll give it a try. I had two procedures of mammogram and a CT schedule. They took me right in and I was done before my actual first appointment at 2:40. I want to thank the staff for helping me get out early. “Dr. Brown is one of the most caring, concerned doctors in the Neurology field. I can say this honestly, as a military wife traveling from coast to coast and all over the country for the past 20+ years. Her demeanor, knowledge and experience in various studies and fields within the scope of "Neurology", allows for her to diagnose and treat the most complicated cases of migraines. Having migraine issues since late youth gets frustrating and can put me in bed quickly.....she is concerned and cares and is there if any way possible to do trigger points needed or suggest other help. Finally, being in a car accident this past year, and having a concussion, she has been exceptional in the treatment, when I could not focus, concentrate, not put data on calendars or complete daily tasks that should have been easy with a master's, but my mind went to sleep like and yielded a lower level response system. Working with a cognitive therapist, I was able to regain my cognitive abilities back to within my normal capabilities 🤗. When I could not find my vehicle in a parking lot( couldn't drive for months due to physical damage) and panic after months of physical and neurological care or I would stand in the same spot in a store and forgot what I was looking for so an hour later, no progress.....Dr Brown understood and helped with this problem right away. You do not find many doctors anymore who take time, she takes time with her patients and listens and I love that she uses the same paper to put her instructions on so when I see it, I know it is instructions from Dr. B. She loves what she does and it is obvious. Finally, when an error is made by her office staff, she addresses it immediately and calls you to let you know of the importance for critical mistakes not to happen. Awesome doctors apologize and remedy the situations, not blow them off and forget. Amiable, intelligent, understanding, focused, supportive and caring...this is what you will find with Dr. Susan Brown.”

“Dr. Mason is an excellent physician. He is without a doubt one of the most personable doctors I have ever encountered, easy to talk to, doesn't over explain but makes absolutely sure you know what he is going to be doing. I was in severe pain and had numbness in my right are which Dr. Mason diagnosed as a pinched nerve in my neck. We discussed the alternatives available and ultimately decided on surgery. Best decision I ever made, immediate relief of numbness and pain gone in about a month. Followup visits were routine and I never had an issue being seen. I would unhesitatingly recommend Dr. mason to anyone experiencing orthopedic problems. He is the best.”

“I switched my child to here from Childcare Network. The difference is amazing, they do not cry anymore when dropping off, they are actually really excited when we pull in. I don't have to worry about my child looking a complete mess. The difference between these teachers and the teachers at the other school is that Kensington teachers have gone through special education for their positions and really know how to work with the children. My child would come home with random cuts, bruising, ect at the other place and here I don't have to worry as I get reports all throughout the day on what my child is doing. Worth the money, I am so happy I switched as it feels good to drop my child off at a clean, and organized facility knowing she is having a great time there.”

Stephanie promptly made our appointment and told us there would be no charge for the inspection. We arrive early for our appointment and were greeted by Kevin. Kevin was polite,professional and immediately processed our car for the appointment. He then told us he would bring the car over after the inspection.We waited in the main sales showroom and were greeted by (3) people with a smile as we walked by to get seated. “We had Monkey Bars install a garage floor epoxy coating to our garage in April of 2015 and I thought it would be appropriate to leave a review as a testament to the floor's durability. I am happy to say that it still looks amazing 3 years later! For anyone reading this who thinks they will go the DIY route: Save yourself the pain, frustration, and regret. My best friend was visiting when Monkey Bars installed the floor and he decided he could DIY'it himself on his own garage. There is no comparison. His floor is showing scratches, drag marks, and tire spots from where he parks his truck plus there are barely any flakes in the box store kits. Aside from dragging EVERYTHING out of garage and leaving it in his driveway for a week while doing all that back breaking work himself, the difference in what him and I paid was not that far apart, especially considering the difference in quality. I wanted to leave this review for Monkey Bars because it is one of the most enjoyable things about our home!”
