“Hello! So I made a mistake with the Drive Up portion and accidentally went to the wrong Target, and it said my order had been picked up. I went to the correct store and spoke with Amy and she helped me TREMENDOUSLY. She is an absolute amazing employee and went above and beyond to help me out and made sure everything was fixed. I felt so bad, she kept apologizing for everything when it was all my fault. Please let Amy know she did an amazing job and she’ll go far in life with the amazing and caring attitude she had the entire time she helped me. She kept calm when the return line got extremely long and was so nice to everyone else. One of the best experiences I’ve had at target by far. From now on I’m going to the target at Newport News just because of her. Thank you Amy! You’re an amazing person! Keep your head up and please keep doing you, you were perfect!”

“So I ended up needing another phone so I ordered one through the store. When I picked it up both young ladies, one being the store manager Daysia, helped me set up my phone before leaving. Somehow there was a problem with the phone activating. She tried every troubleshoot possible even calling corporate for assistance! They both stayed over a half hour after the store closed to make sure I was set to go. Unfortunately I forgot the other young ladies’ name..she had red hair but they were both on it! I’m so grateful for them and will only return back to that store for anything I may need in regards to Verizon!!!! I highly recommend this location for any technological purchases or support!! THANKS LADIES!!!”
