“I just had a total knee replacement by Dr. Kling. I cannot praise him or his staff enough for getting me scheduled, pre-op tests done and surgery completed. Dr. Kling was attentive and offered a couple of solutions. He checked on me after surgery and asked if I needed anything or had any questions. His staff were friendly and quickly got the paperwork completed that I needed filled out. The only thing that could be improved upon is the waiting time when calling their office.”

“I can’t recommend Dr Kim enough. He and his staff are incredible. I was experiencing severe neck pain & cluster headaches with nausea every day for months. I had seen chiropractors, taken muscle relaxers, and was taking pain relievers daily. Despite all the treatment, the issue progressed, adding on ocular migraines (strobing light patterns) & involuntary tearing in my eye. After my first session with Dr Kim, all severe symptoms suddenly stopped. The more mild daily headaches went away completely after the 2 follow-up sessions. The acupuncture itself didn’t hurt at all, and was very calming. His staff is lovely, and their office is clean and relaxing. They really take pride in their work, and love to help people. “I met Dr. Carlson in 2005, when after 3 years of horrible pain and meds from other doctors, he diagnosed the root of the pain. He fixed me up and on with life I went, herniated disc was gone. Fast forward to 2022 and my neck is having issues. I didn’t hesitate to visit Dr. Carlson again. He’d helped before, I’ve sent friends and family to him throughout the years, so I had full confidence in OCS and Dr. Carlson helping me again. In March if 2023, he performed a spinal fusion in my neck, and 7 weeks post-surgery I was riding my motorcycle to Key West. Normal life regained twice now, thanks to Dr. Carlson and the team at OSC!!”

“So this is where they are doing mass covid-19 vaccines. The front entrance is very clearly marked to go to the covid side or the exercise side. My experience is strictly for the covid vaccinations. When you walk in, immediately on entering wait for someone to greet you. They will escort you to where you need to sit and fill out paperwork. They do this in groups of 5 people. When you finish your paperwork someone will check it into a computer. It's on wheels, you don't have to get up they bring it to you. Then another nurse will verify your paperwork. If you have health concerns or are high risk for anything they will walk you to a PA to talk them before anything happens. They you wait for your row to be called. The downside, no privacy. You sit in the middle of the gym roll up your sleeve and they go down the line. Then each row waits their 15 min. Every 5 min they ask for a thumbs up to make sure everyone is ok. Not a bad process for a smaller clinic. If you have severe special needs you still have to be seen here bc these are the ones trained in how to mix the vaccine and it can't be done by the regular providers, that said your let then know what your needs are and these folks will do their absolute best to accommodate them. They also just started the Pfizer vaccine so 16 and over can get theirs now you just have to have a parent come and fill out the papers. You can also snap a selfie and get a sticker when you're done.
