“I found Javon through google searching for someone to make a Coraline cake for my daughter’s 3rd birthday . I gave her about a week notice and we emailed back and fourth about how I wanted the cake and her ideas. She did so amazing. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice ! She took out characters from the movie and printed it on the cake. She even got a Coraline topper doll that my daughter can have now and play with as well. It was worth every penny . The cake was delicious too!! We will be using her next for my step daughters birthday !”

“My daughter went here over a year and had an amazing learning experience! She was able to write her name and spell it out loud with their help by gate of 4. She was well taken care of and they are very prompt in letting you know if they had a scratch from playing or something. They were also always quick and responsive and always went above and beyond for their students to learn in and outside the classroom . They even had the Hampton University band stop by and play for students and show them the instruments”

“I lost Alt 1 on my approach to Newport News one afternoon. Not being familiar with the area, I researched maintenance shops online and found Rick Aviation at the airport. John (the owner) took my call and jumped into action. He took my Cirrus into his hanger and personally investigated and found the issue — a broken terminal connection on the #4 wire to Alternator one and a broker stud on the Alternator. This occurred on a Friday afternoon and I needed to return home on Monday. John ordered a new alternator which arrived Monday, installed, tested, etc and had me and my Cirrus ready to go. As it turns out John is celebrating 42 years in business (2019) and there’s no wonder because his shop and facilities are spotless and his employees are talented. John’s charges were very reasonable and he lived up to his promises. I can’t recommend John and Rick Aviation at Newport News Airport (KPHF) more highly. JW, South Carolina”

Gene is my barber and has given me the best looking haircuts I've ever had and he keeps everyone entertained while doing it.
