When our AC and heating system suddenly quit of "old age", they were quick (same day) to come out and diagnose the issue and make recommendations....and we were new customers. We had estimate for new system by end of day. SInce there was a heatwave coming and we had no AC, they provided two window AC units to use until the new system could be installed. Who does that anymore - we were blown away by their customer service from start to finish! The new system is in and the techs who performed the two day job were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. If you are in the market for AC or heating system replacement, do not look any further than S&K. Their pricing was half of what another "local company" would have charged for the exact same Carrier system. We've told all our friends about our wonderful experience! Also it's the best place to get Ito En tea, my favorite tea brand. I think they still have the Farm Fresh branding out front, and make the fried chicken still, and seems to be mainly Korean focused, but you can find things for cooking many different Asian cuisines.”

“I scheduled an appointment for 8am to get an inspection oil change and an alignment. It was originally estimated to take about three hours so I decided to pack up my work stuff and wait in the waiting room. The waiting room was comfortable and the receptionist was kind and offered me coffee. The appointment ended up only taking about 45 minutes which was incredible. The services were reasonably priced and the mechanic explained what I could expect next time my car was serviced as well. I can’t recommend this place enough - they’ve always treated me well and my car is taken care of!”
