“A beautiful church with an old cemetery behind it. They have a separate building for other activities, like Sunday School. They are in a nice stretch of land and sit in the corner of the intersection, making it easy to find. This is a nice stop if you are traveling off the main road trying to take in some of the history of the Easter Shore. Make sure you go around all sides and down the side road to see it all.”

“To the speeder who wrote the review with one star, the officer you are complaining about doesn't work for the Sheriff's Department which is who you are reviewing. The officer in question works for Eastville PD which is separate from the sheriff's office. Also, I've found that the police here are very respectful and if you don't want a ticket, don't speed.”

“I’m a little late, but I definitely wanted to leave a review. This place was wonderful. I stayed for two days on my birthday last August, and the homes are not only cute but really wonderfully put together. It’s so peaceful there at night too, even when it was raining. Most importantly, the owners are wonderful. I had forgotten a hat there after leaving on my last day, and not only did they respond to my initial email of concern about it promptly and politely, they even went through the effort to send the hat back to me! Stellar customer service for an already stellar stay. Can’t recommend enough. Will certainly stay again if I can help it.”

My children are happy in school and enjoy their classes. I am also a BA graduate ('96) and teach in the upper school. I am so proud to be part of the BA community and for my children to have the opportunity to experience such a great learning environment on such a beautiful campus. “This place is great!! It's so pretty. Both the beach and the woodland trails are lovely. I preferred the woods and so did my dog. Only 8 parking spaces so get there early. Can't imagine how inconvenient it would be to get towed out there and have to find a ride to your car.”

“I see so many unhinged reviews on people being from out of state and how unfair a ticket is. Yes, it does seem a lot of us are from out of state, but we’re the ones speeding and/or violating traffic laws! So bite your lip and pay it! The lady on the phone was helpful and kind, and the officer wasn’t extraordinarily mean or anything. Stop looking for things to complain about and rip apart a county because it doesn’t have industry and sky scrapers. It is also very very easy to speed on these roads considering it’s on a plain with scenery all around.”
