“Trails are well maintained. Parking is Fair. It is a pleasant place to come and enjoy nature. There are crabs, birds and occassionally horse shoe crabs. The sand is safe to walk on bare foot. We like to picnic and listen to the small rolling waves, Feel the breeze and relax.”

“The camp ground is a peaceful quite place, and the guy running it is polite and courteous. The place is a little run down, but for the price was decent. We needed a place to sleep when we weren't fishing, and it filled the bill. There's a boat ramp for smaller boats (we had no trouble launching a 20ft pontoon) and good place to tie up the boat. Its a rustic place for people looking to spend time on the water, don't go here looking for the Ritz. It's 15 min from Wal-Mart and closer to local vendors. Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is the stove in our lodge didn't work, but we were given a discount.”
