Vibe was on point, bartenders were fantastic (especially the one with the low haircut possibly the head bartender), hookah was very flavorful and the DJ was on point. Prices are well within reason and the ambiance was cool. I enjoyed the crowd and it was a mix of people. When I come to VA no matter how long I'm in town for I'm stopping through. The owner (or whom I assumed is the owner) even helped pass out things for the customers. My sister and I truly enjoyed ourselves, thank you for the great evening. “This was our 3rd dentist in 18 months for my 2 youngest sons. My 3rd son has anxiety & I need to be with him during dental visits. The first two dental offices allowed me the 1st time we came but even after explaining the situation, they refused to allow it for future visits. I'm so thankful they didn't have good customer service because I wouldn't have found Children's Dental World otherwise! I have been bringing my children to this Children's Dental World for over 5 years now & we love it! They have no issues with me staying with my boys & they can even have their cleanings at the same time due to the amazing layout of their office. I was just notified that our dental insurance is changing & I am researching our new insurance to guarantee we can still go to the same dentist.”

“The manager of this facility is a very nice woman. She cares for those who use her facility. This can be seen through her actions. She continually checks the grounds to ensure everything is as it should be. There are some units that are in need of repair, and I have seen the facilities maintenance person hard at work taking care of the things that are important to you. The unit that I won at auction has electrical lighting in it. This will facilitate moving and sorting things in a large storage unit. I see no evidence of water damage from leaks or rain or due to flooding. I purchased a 10' x 20' unit at auction and have been overwhelmed by the heat of July summer days more than once here. The manager through her kindness alotted me more time. This is something that she clearly did not have to do. More evidence that she cares for those on her property. I would recommend this facility for that reason alone.”

“January 1st, 2022, I came in and was greeted by William. He was well dressed and pleasant. I saw that he was patient with the guy that had a mental disability. William immediately helped him out with his concerns which was really obvious and frustrating but William was very patient with him and didn't get upset (Me I would of lost my mind). I noticed they were short-staffed today, which I understand because it was January 1st! For me it was a great day for me to go catch Planet Fitness off guard. Guess what? This place was emasculate! Absolutely clean! I was expecting trash on the ground! Dirt and fingerprints! Or even mold somewhere, but this place looks fantastic. I am impressed that this place looks brand new. They take security very seriously at Planet Fitness, so when the second employee came to the desk, William was able to show me around. William was highly knowledgeable about the machines, how they work, which devices do what; hell, I can't remember what he said because it was all machine language to me, but man, he was good with the sales pitch halfway through I wanted to get a Black card membership. Finally, in the end, he let me use the massage chair, and it was terrific. How can you not wish to get a Black card from Planet Fitness? I heard in other posts they used to be 24hours in other locations, not sure if that is true or not? Well, I hope after the Virus epidemic is over, they will return to their 24-hour time slots because sometimes I can't sleep at night, and this is where I would like to be. This would be a productive place for me to spend my time working on my body and my health, and then that will help me to get a good night's sleep. Thank you Planet Fitness for being in Portsmouth. I hope you expand later on at this facility because when i did a drive around this building looks a lot bigger on the outside than it does in the inside. With that said I suggest adding an aerobics room for hot yoga, yoga and maybe an Olympic heated indoor swimming pool (with swimming lanes) Man that would be so awesome.”
