“After being away from working out for over a year, I decided it was time to really start again so I called Jim White Fitness & Nutrition to learn about their studio and trainers. I left a voicemail and promptly received a return call from a very friendly and helpful staff member. I explained what I was hoping to achieve, and that I also needed to be cautious along the way because of a previous back injury. I felt like I was heard on that call because my first day there with my trainer Taylor, she not only built a great work out for someone like me basically starting fresh, she was also very considerate when it came to my back. Taylor plans workouts that are challenging and different every time. She’s so smart, motivating and considerate. I appreciate that she explains each exercise and how it’s impacting specific muscle groups, and that she demonstrates proper form for anything I’m doing which is so helpful for preventing injuries. I feel great and am starting to see a difference after 10 sessions. The studio has modern equipment and is very clean and well sanitized after each interaction with any piece of equipment. I highly recommend this studio no matter where you fall on the spectrum of fitness. Great place and people!”

“Went in for a 10K mile service. The tech recommended new tires. I find this ironic since the car was purchased from this dealer 4 months and 6k mile ago. The tires still have ample tread and are not in need of replacement. No reference to the tire replacement recommendation was on my service order.
