“Steve, Josh and team installed two new heat pump units in my home in 2018, and they have been working like a champ ever since. We had a really good collaboration in the planning stage, and Steve offered us several different options to consider to address some of the issues we had with our old system. During install, the team had to be creative to get around several issues that were related to our old construction. Since install, the team has been really responsive to our service calls, helping us program our thermostats to balance our various heating systems. Overall, they made me feel like they were working on their own house with the care they took in planning the install, and the quality of their workmanship.”
