“The members of the congregation are very warm and friendly specially to visitors since they get a lot of tourists. The parish priest Fr Steve is engaging and funny and always has a joke or two when he does his homily. I would recommend a visit to this church if anyone wants to attend Sunday mass and experience their service. Don't be alarmed to see a police officer in the church; Fr Steve has decided to hire an off duty officer to make the parishioners feel safe during worship, after all the things that has happened in churches around the country.”

“If you have been sitting in your duck blind or tree stand waiting to pull the trigger on this restaurant, just send it! The vallet was a nice touch. It was efficient in getting guests dropped off and moving cars out of the entrance. Make sure to have a reservation, as the restaurant fills up quick. Both from guests who are looking to dine in and the overflow from Tarnished Truth Distillery. The artisan cocktails were exquisite. From the 'Old Fashioned' to the 'Manhattan' and then onto the dessert cocktail 'The White Lie'...all an excursion on their own. I had set the bar high for the food from all the previous reviews on here. And for the food to exceed my expectations in appearance and taste, my only complaint was my stomach wasn't big enough to finish it all. You have not lived until you have encompassed your meal with the 'Apple Bourbon Cream Cheesecake'. *see attached* Lastly, the service. Viliana was attentive, informative and polite. She was able to recommend drinks and answer any questions we had regarding our meal. Her service was top notch and on par for the resort.”

“Woke up early for breakfast stopped in for the buffet, I heard it was amazing. But I opted instead for takeout. I ordered for me Turkey bacon, over medium eggs ,toast potatoes. Absolutely delicious. My wife had an vegetable omelette with potatoes and wheat toast. She said it was amazing. The staff was very friendly, atmosphere was kind, the tables were apart for social distancing. The only thing I probably didn't like is that it took almost 30 minutes to receive my food. Other than that I was satisfied. Will eat here again in the morning but will try out the buffet. Oh and the prices were reasonable so that was also a plus.”

“I have troubled feet, one surgery for a bunion and hammer toe, now the hammer toe is back. I do not want more surgery. I try to walk regularly, however three days ago I developed pain in the ball of my foot. The pain continued for three days until I entered the Good Feet Store. I was amazed, that very day with the very first step in my custom arches there was no more pain. The experience made a believer and a customer out of me. I continue to be pain free! The service and attention I received was outstanding. Now the price is steep but when you get to the place where you can not walk your quality of life suffers greatly. How can you put a price on that? I am so thankful I found Good Feet. Plus I am walking again without pain”

“My experience buying a custom board from 40 Toes was outstanding! Randy was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the right shape and dimensions based on my experience and preferences. Through the whole process Randy gave me updates and pics of my board being built from start to finish. The board is awesome and is exactly what I was hoping for. My 6'4" Boot paddles great and does well even in smaller, weaker surf. I think that says a lot about Randy's design and shaping skills given that I was used to riding a 7'6" funshape! “Loved the way we were welcomed by a smile, and treated as important guests by all the staff. We arrived early, and accommodated immediately. We stayed three nights in room 405 which was huge and sits on the corner of the hotel. This room had a couch and a nice balcony where you could see the ocean in the distance. It is on a busy street, but high enough that the traffic did not bother us. Not a fancy hotel, but great price and had more of a family atmosphere, than a party crowd. Free parking upstairs and free covered parking downstairs. We did not have any trouble finding a place to park. Very close to Doheny Beach, Dana Point and plenty of places to eat. Continental breakfast is boxed juice, coffee and packaged danish, but the size of the room, price and location make up for not having a full breakfast. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker included in room. We would absolutely stay here again, especially in the same room.”

“Wow didn't realize it's been so long since i updated my previous mostly negative two star review and though the retail aspect has drastically improved one constant with this location is the pharmacy specifically George the pharmacist who went well out of his way to take my call several times on a Sunday but went so far as contacting my doctor and getting everything lined up for me. As for the retail improvement i can only say if you could just CLONE Victoria but then what would i have to throw tantrums about when everyone remembers and uses my name and has impeccable customer service ethic along of course with an infectious smile!? Well we're lucky to have them...oh there a pharmacy assistant that's pretty fantastic too but i don't know her name.”

“My son and daughter attended this school for over two years from May 2020 to June 2022. Even with COVID the school was and is able to have fun with the kids. They teach them English and Spanish. My kids are 3 and 5 - they both know their letters, numbers, months, seasons, and colors. Turn over is relatively low at this school. The teachers really do love the kids. It’s a smaller more intimate environment which I truly appreciated because the kids receive more of a one to one approach. The only reason we decided to move on was because my daughter starts kindergarten soon and this school is not in her school zone to bus to and from. If they were able to transport to and from there then they would 100 percent still be there. I love this school and definitely recommend it to other families.”
