“Short of my bad experience getting caught with a dui, Ms.Jackie Walker is literally the best. She will tell you about yourself and give you advice on your road to sucession. When i came in after a 6 year absence. I'm in and out. She makes exceptions for missing items or paper work, she takes what ya got amd then just come back. You dint have to wait the whole process. She doesn't make you wait the whole day to be seen. 6 years ago it was crazy comming in. I actually didnt come back because of the problems with the place. Nobody wanted to be there, nobody was excited about their job. Now...they understand people make mistakes and that people want to change but this is a step in the process to that change. Thanks for being so helpful and understanding. Although, I wasn't given the complete packet initially, they made it easier on me to have it done in a specific time frame. 6 years later the place has turned around immensely and they treat you as a person rather than a court proceeding. Good job. Also kudos to Leslie Randolph for sticking with it. You're the best case worker ever! 👏👏👏”

He was on point with the exact info I needed to provide to get EXACTLY the correct part! I was told only the dealership carried them and the price was 5x as high from the wonderful dealership that had none in stock. Dwain dealt with my frustration and lack of knowledge with that of an absolute expert at his profession and the was hugely helpful with a kindness I had completely unexpected. Very thorough in detail and passionate about the history. He made the tour very interesting by giving interesting facts about the lands that you’re not going to find in books. Hands down, one of the best tours I’ve taken on the east coast!!! I highly recommend this tour if you’re visiting.”
