You don’t have to be flexible or super fit, this is an inclusive loving place that supports you on your fitness journey wherever you may be on it! You can tell the instructors have such a passion for self expression and I always leave feeling empowered and excited to come to the next class to learn more new things!! “I cannot say enough about how amazing this studio is. Over the years I have tried most of the local studios and always had good experiences but the atmosphere at Collective Yoga is unmatched. Their philosophy is “Yoga for Every Body” and all of the teachers take this to heart. I recently took my 13 year old niece to Catherine’s Slow Flow class (one of my faves!). She has a mild physical disability that causes the muscles on the right side of her body to be very tight. Catherine was so supportive and helped her with modifications for any poses that were challenging for her. Afterwards, she told me she loved the class, that it helped her relax, and that “it went by so fast! I wish school could go by that fast!” We all know how hard it is to impress teenagers! Thank you Collective Yoga for helping her feel welcomed and supported as she begins her yoga journey! She has already asked when she can come back with me! P.S. all of the students are so lovely and supportive as well. It is a fantastic environment to practice in!”

These teachers are fantastic and one can tell by the way they teach that this is their passion! Today, I’d like to give a shout out to one teacher in particular, Robert. Robert teaches the Sunday morning class at 9:00. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve been to his class but, I came away feeling completely stretched, lighter and at peace.
