“These guys are the best in the business hands down. After ripping up the carpet in my new house, I discovered an original hardwood parquet floor that was in rough shape after decades of being trashed. I had other companies tell me this floor couldn't be saved, but Billy and his team restored it back to original 1960s showroom catalog quality. It brings a tear to my eye how great this floor looks. It completely transformed the whole house! Their attention to detail was superb. They glued every last loose piece (and there were a bunch), the transitions and shoe moldings were stained and cut perfectly, and they even custom built these awesome looking faux vent covers to hide the concrete eyesores that the last owners left behind when they abandoned the old radiant floor heating/cooling system. I also had them install LVP flooring in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and they did just as great of a job there too. Finally, I'm very grateful that Billy, Deanna, Chris, Caleb, and Anthony were all super friendly, patient, and helpful throughout this entire process. I asked a million and one questions, and we encountered several curveballs along the way, but they provided excellent customer service and high quality work every step of the way. Refinishing parquet floors is not like your typical sanding and staining job. It's a lost art that requires lots of attention to detail and specialized skill. It's not something that just anyone can do. Billy and the team at Artistic Flooring are well worth every cent, and now I understand why they have so many great reviews. Use these guys and don't look back. You'll be glad you did!”

Although this outfit didn’t come from this store we were in desperate need of a tail for one night that wasn’t super pricey. Thanks to the super friendly staff we found what we needed in less than 3 minutes. Unfortunately, we weren’t the only last minute shoppers so the line was kind of long and slow but the price we paid was worth the wait. Also, they offer 10% military discounts. Thank you Harygul Halloween Planet for your support... it’s hard to find companies that still care to support those who have served or is actively serving. There was even one time when I was going out of town the same day and they filled my refill which normally would take 24 hours. This week I ordered a refill and for the first time ever, I paid to have it shipped. It was paid before 2pm and arrived the next day. For full disclosure I have to say that my otc nasal spray was missing from the pkg so I had to call about that but I was assured it would be shipped the next business day, Monday. I have used them two years in a row and will use them for the termite inspection letter when we sell the house.”
