“They try hard to give best customer service. I came for oil change, rotate tires and a recall on my 2018 Honda Pilot which has less than 35,000 miles. It’s under guarantee. To my surprise they wanted to charge for the oil change and tires. I told them I shouldn’t have to pay because for the life of the car it’s free where I bought it and other Priority Dealerships it’s free cause of the guarantee. The young lady was surprised. I was told they are not Priority.”

Quickly helped me set up a test drive and a few days later I came back and got the car. He even accommodated my work schedule and let me come in before they regularly open to make sure I got my vehicle.
