“The whole buying experience was excellent. The sales manager, Ric, treated me as if I have some good sense. Something that didn’t happen at another local dealer. He made me an above average offer for my trade in and worked with me on the price of the CR-V I wanted. He then turned me over to Jenna to complete the sale, and she was very helpful. The vehicle that I bough was on order and she called to keep me updated as to when it would arrive. It actually got here ahead of schedule. I was explained about all of the optional coverage, extended warranty, etc., but never pressured to buy anything.
