“The office is in an odd location, with several different practices (not just ENTs) in the same suite. Our initial appointment started an hour after the scheduled time. They told me to get there really early even though my paperwork was already finished and my 7 month old was only happy about half the time. Once taken back we had to wait another half an hour. The office is very outdated. Once Dr. Kalafsky finally came in, he immediately eased my nerves. He is extremely nice and personable. I was told that his scheduler would call within a week to schedule, but a week went by and she didn't call. I finally called and left a message and she called me back. I was extremely disappointed that the first available time for doing ear tubes was at 12:30 and with a (now) 8 month old, eating that late is not something I was looking forward to. Luckily everything went smoothly in the morning but she started getting fussy around 12:30. I went and asked at 12:45 if they knew how much longer it would be and they said he hadn't even arrived yet. I wish they would've just lied and told me that he was getting ready. At 12:50 they told me he had just arrived and would be out in a moment. Again, he was very personable and made me feel at ease about the surgery. Although the timing of this practice sucks, he was very nice and my little one is feeling much better.”

“I just had a total knee replacement by Dr. Kling. I cannot praise him or his staff enough for getting me scheduled, pre-op tests done and surgery completed.
