“I first used Creech Floor Service, 3 years ago when I remodeled my kitchen. We stripped down our kitchen floor all the way to the original 4 inch pine sub-floor. They turned out beautiful and to this day any one who has seen the kitchen floor can not believe they are 62 years old. I also used Creech Flooring again on a home my husband flipped. These were 66 year old Oak Floors and not in the best of shape. Creech, did their magic again and these floors turned out to be the best part of the house according to our real estate agent. “I cannot more highly recommend K&K Floor. We had a large job, to replace all the 35 year-old wall-to-wall carpet in our house with hardwood floors. We worked with Patrick and his team. From start to finish, they were a joy to work with, highly professional and very pleasant. First they replaced the carpet in the basement with new carpet. The next phase of the project took place months later, coordinated with a kitchen remodel. Patrick's team came in and in three days, replaced all the carpet in the house, and the old kitchen vinyl floor, with beautiful new hardwood. They did our bedrooms first, and we did not have to move out for any of it. I have never seen anyone work so hard — three 11-hour days with only a 15-minute lunch break! Their work was amazing, and the small number of imperfections that we pointed out were addressed immediately. Our floors look amazing, and the kitchen is so beautiful with a hardwood floor. I had bought a pair of shoes for a wedding. And, having cash on me. I paid cash. And put the receipt in my wallet. Just in case I needed to return them. Which, I did need to. So. I proceed to the service desk. And produce the receipt from my wallet. To my disbelief. Most of the ink on the purchase number had been rubbed away from the friction in my wallet. But, despite the very limited information I could them. The manager there at the time, Sang. Was able to look it up and provide me with my refund. She went above and beyond. And thats how customer service is supposed to be. I will keep coming back here. Just because of this one interaction. And recommend anyone else as well.”

“The threading of my Loop Loc pool cover attaching the cloth squares to the strips that anchor the cover onto the concrete came undone. This was exacerbated by the fact that we got a new 70lb dog that ran across the pool cover over the winter. I was having a difficult time finding a pool place or tailor that was willing to restitch the many sections that came undone until I called Madina Upholstery, Drapery & Tailoring in Springfield, VA. Ashna told me to bring it in to see what he could do, so I did. Because of the pool cover's extremely large size, the stitching could not be done by a typical sewing machine, but Ashna was willing to stitch it by hand. He looked for, found and restitched each of the many locations that came undone by hand and called me a week later to say it was ready. I am extremely happy with the great work that was done and saved me the cost of buying a new cover for my custom shaped pool. If you need to repair your pool cover, I highly recommend Madina Upholstery.”

“Our old water heater was overly corroded with rust and falling apart, leaking under the tile on the floor and could've very well exploded in the near future. I honestly don't know anything about water heaters, who to contact about fixing or replacing one, but I always hear horror stories about the price as well. So I went on Google and found John R Plumbing, looked at many of the reviews from other clients and I couldn't find any bad ones at all, he is local to the Chantilly/Fairfax area so I figured he'd be familiar with the types of water heaters that are installed in the homes. I made the right choice, from the first call he was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable and responsive, what more could one ask for. The price was also very fair, especially during these hard financial times. I sent him pictures of the issue through text and within 2 days because of the memorial day weekend, he came out Tuesday with his crew and replaced not just one but two water heaters the first one had some sort of defective issue, but they went out and got another and did an excellent job, they also had to replace some of the old PVC piping and connectors with some copper, excellent soldering and placement adjacent to the valves. The pictures I uploaded really don't do justice to the workmanship. Not only that he explained all the work he completed and answered all my questions about the job and also about other parts that may need to be fixed in the future. A really nice guy, great worker who cares about the safety of me and my family. I really wish there were more workers in general with his work ethic. Many kudos and blessings to you and your crew John, I have and will continue to suggest your company to anyone I may come in contact with that's looking for fast, reliable and dependable plumbing work at a decent and fair price. “I was in a jam today because I was expecting a microphone stand with the boom extension and wouldn't you know; it wasn't going arrive on time. So, I searched Facebook, the local stores and nothing. So, I decided to call the nearest pawn shops. Amazingly, I found one that had the microphone stand with a boom. That one was Centerville Gold and Pawn located off Centerville road in Manassas. I had called earlier and spoke Deni Martinez, partner and owner of Centerville Gold and Pawn - he said he had what I was looking for and at a fair price. Honestly, I was skeptical, but I took the trip to Manassas and I'm glad I did. Not only was Deni right, but it was exactly start I needed. Deni was so friendly and welcoming, I didn't want to leave the shop. Deni was so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed I knew right then and there is be back. Now, the store is not your typical big sized pawnshop; however, they carry a large assortment of production equipment that is professional grade. I was very impressed that his clientele brought their equipment here. In addition, the items are reasonably priced and in most cases, like-new condition. I rarely give 5-star ratings so easily, but Deni Martinez exemplifies good customer service and genuine customer retention skills. Meaning, I'll be back. “I absolutely love this Home Depot ... I just moved from my beloved Colonial Williamsburg to Gloucester and just getting acquainted to all the stores on this side of the river ... I find their prices affordable and compatible to other similar stores ... Right now a lot of their Garden center plants are on sale ... Sis and I bought a very nice stainless steel kitchen work table and it was delivered yesterday Fed X ... I toured their Garden Center and am so pleased at all they have and not bad prices ... Can't wait until Spring because there will be so much more ... I am going to be 71 and my twin sis too on the 20th and I am old and gray ... but I had 4 young men that work at Home Depot ask me if I needed any help ... They were polite and courteous ... I was there right at opening so maybe I just got lu KY ... Most workers wear masks but there are no mask requirements to enter store nor are there anyone wiping shopping carts ... I do see hand sanitizer in main store ... I for one wish ALL stores still pursued safety first ... Any hoot ... It's a HUGE parking lot and 2 entrances ... 3 if you count the Garden Center when they are open ... It's a great location ... A bit tricky getting into their parking lot ... You enter the intersection where Chicken Filet is and turn just past Chicken Filet ... Drive straight until you get to the very last parking lot on you left and Home Depot being the LAST store on your left ... The several times I have been in there I have always been able to find a very helpful worker and they have even taken us right to what we were looking for ...
