“I moved here from CA (don’t instantly hate me!! I know how you Couves are about that!) during Covid. I immediately got established with the Vancouver Clinic. I found out the second day I arrived in my new apt that I had melanoma. (I’d done tests back home before I left) I had to scramble to find a dermatologist. I was lucky enough to be put in with Dr Graham Clark. What an amazing soul he is! Not to mention a great doctor. Since then I’ve established with my regular PCP, and some other specialty doctors and I have not been disappointed one time. I love the one stop shop of it all. If you leave your doctor need an x-ray, you just go right next door! Same with any specialties I highly recommend the Vancouver Clinic. I feel safe with all of my Doctors there, and my health isn’t at its best right now by any means!”

“I applied online and got approved for a debit card. Upon the cards arrival, the account was closed. Within 30 minutes I came into this branch and was told I needed to make an appointment with a personal banker. The next day I met with David Meritt about my account. He waited on hold and eventually spoke to a representative. He then created me a new account, and I now have no issues. I usually don't write 5 stars for people doing their job, but he made me feel really great about my decision to finance with Chase. The tellers my last 2 days at this location have made me feel judged and poor (even though I am NOT). I got nothing but glares, eye rolls, and ugly looks for doing nothing but waiting to be helped.. I don't appreciate this kind of treatment by women. Women should support women. But David made me feel very comfortable and I could tell he cared about me as more than just a customer.. You are my car buying hero !”

I appreciated the patience and understanding and the willingness to answer questions as silly or trivial as they may seem regarding a variety of pain points I had and am experiencing. I thought the two appointment thing was silly at first ( session one is about getting to know the patient and session 2 is the adjustment). But I realize this approach is important to ensure that the treatment plan makes sense for each individual as no two people are the same. 10/10 would recommend 🤗”
