Rent is more affordable and consistent than many places. Have had issues with Jeremy in maintenance but issues continue to be resolved in good time with the help of Steve. Living first floor is significantly less noisy than the second floor(if you have considerate upstairs neighbors) due to a busy road right beside the complex. Convenient playground and park next to the complex as well.”
