“It felt like home. I don’t know, maybe I’m a little biased because I know Mike, but I feel like the food, and the restaurant is truly an extension of his heart. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was incredible. If you looked around the room, every table was having a good time, enjoying their food. The flavors, oh gosh, the mouth watering shrimp linguine was so delicious! And don’t get me started on dessert. You won’t be disappointed.”

“It was super busy and the clerk had some issues with my transaction processing, thus making for a longer wait but she gifted me my coffee, corrected the transaction and all is well. I stop in here a few times a year while visiting family and it's always exactly what it should be.”

“The store is not open 24 hours. That's very misleading. The self-service gas pumps are 24 hours. I'm not sure what time the store closes, but it is closed when I get off work at 11. I stop in a lot on my way to work. The workers are always very polite and friendly. They carry a few things that I have never seen anywhere else, like their delicious 2 packs of cookies and OH Snap! carrots and green beans. The carrots are very good :)”

“Absolutely loved this place!! The food was delicious and our waitress was super friendly. So many gluten free options I was in heaven! Did get a picture but we had the fried shrimp taco and a fish taco and the fired pickles. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend this place. Can't wait to go back and try more things.”

“Wonderful service, lots of food made from scratch like their blue cheese dip, ice cream, and soup of the day. Cozy space with occasional live music. Reasonable prices. Great beer list”

“Tried it at the Clark Co PUD fair. So it was the food truck. Good flavors. I suggest to say beef asado, beef barolio and chicken Tnga. Very accommodating and generous. I ordered tacos w/o tortilla with lots of veggies. So good and nice presentation. Then I put green salsa on everything for a tasty meat salad! Yum. Could have used a little more flavor overall in the meats and salsa. I don't mean heat though.”

“My BF and I were a little worried at first when we stopped in for lunch, as it had a very outdated sort of “Long John Silvers” chain kind of vibe. But it was busy, full of old people (who are notorious for being particular) and it had good reviews, so we decided to give it a chance. This place did not disappoint! I had the crispy chicken sandwich, which came with some sort of delicious homemade breading, fixins, and a scrumptious bun. My BF had the Mike’s Meat Pizza which he really enjoyed. The best part, though, was the clam chowder! I’m a clam chowder snob and I make it a point to order it every time I try a new place on the coast! Beaches was by FAR the best clam chowder I’ve had to date! The service was wonderful, the crew seemed friendly and happy to work there, and the view of the waterfront was also a nice treat. Aside from the decor, Beaches has it all dialed in. We think it’s a great restaurant and we will back!”

“Had a great time here with my family, for a casual lunch. Delicious fish and waffle fries. The margarita was adequate. The bathroom has cute and funny decor. The view was great being right on the water and watching boat and jet ski activity. Our server was casual, hip, and friendly. The only weird thing about this place is that it rocks because it is on the water, and we got a touch of motion sickness, but nothing terrible. If you’re very sensitive to boat movements, don’t go here though — the movement would get to you.”

“We go to Moulton Falls Winery and Cider House often, the drive along the river is relaxing and beautiful. We always have one of their many hand made pizzas cooked in the outdoor wood burning pizza oven or other meals offered. The wine is top notch and excellent, ciders are very tasty with some sweet and some dry and their beers are a great choice. We have enjoyed many music nights and Valentine dinners. We always take home several bottles. One of our favorite stops on back country road sidecar trips. Joe and the staff are all pleasant and fun to chat with. We recommend them to everyone that is looking for a great experience.”

“We met some friends for taco Tuesday, I'm glad they have special pricing on Tuesday's and Thursdays for tacos. They are made fresh to order and have several options to choose from. Husband had the Mexican pizza, he really likes it, me not so much. The chips and salsa are always very good and fresh. I asked for something a bit hotter, not disappointed!! I had the sangria, it was ok, he had whiskey and Coke, it was very good.”

“This place is a hidden gem. The best teriyaki my husband and I have ever had. The fried rice is best around hands down! Portions are great, food is hot. Fair pricing. If you don’t like fatty grisly meat this is the place to go. I will definitely be going back for more.”

“I love this Location. The Baristas are dope and friendly and barely ever mess up an order. A wonderful Barista named Sonia (we have the same name) is such a pleasure. I love to see them as my Starbucks ritual. Pistachio Cold Brew for life.”

“Our go to is the build your own pizza and the cheese bread! Also super excited that we can add Ruby Jewel ice cream cookie sandwiches to our order for dessert now. The customer service is amazing. Erin the manager is so helpful. For those of you who have tomato sauce sensitivities, I highly recommend requesting no sauce and add Olive oil as the sauce instead. We really love how much toppings they put on their pizzas too. They never skimp on ingredients and we always have leftovers! Great pricing and fast service.”

“Wonderful meal. This was our first visit and we look forward to returning. The service was slow on a Sunday at 5:30pm. It appeared that they may have been understaffed in the kitchen but we were not in a hurry, waitress was attentive, and the food was worth the wait. We had the smoked salmon and bacon wrapped meatloaf. Both were served hot and each were delicious. We look forward to our next visit.”

“Great local family owned restaurant. I wish I would have taken pictures right away. Very fresh ingredients. Salad was full of dark green lettuce, cucumbers and carrots. We enjoyed the chicken Parmesan and the Chicken Castaloni special. The sauces were spot on.”

“Definitely coming back here! The Mac n cheese and Veggie burger is from the super nice guy in the food truck next to this place. You order there and he brought it right in to this restaurant. He even came in again after we ate just to see how we liked it! Highly recommend both of these places!”

“The best Mexican food in Vancouver, hands down. Always absolutely incredible. Their carnitas are fresh, tender and delicious. The bakery also is also generously stocked with the most delicious sweets and baked goods. My absolute favorite food, ever. Love coming back here again and again.”

“Atmospheres is a bit lacking but they make up for it with good food and a great happy hour. The beer list is stacked and the wings are great. Oh and the pretzels are everything they should be. Perfect place for a casual date during happy hour.”

“So happy I found this spot. Broke up my normal routine for brunch spots in Vancouver and I'll definitely be coming back. The Mexican Omelette was super tasty, paired with a Mexican Coffee as well for a little coffee cocktail. Had to make a quick decision on the food, but I'll be heading back to try other things off the menu.”

“The best of its kind. Panda Express tastes like dog food in comparison. Always fresh, hot, delicious. My only regret is the price increase had made it a once a month or every other month treat. Back when Katsu was $8.50. I ate here twice a week. Can’t do that anymore. Chinese a sad substitute, but still as cheap as it ever was.”

“Pretty much spotless but not in a sterile way. I had two different small sandwiches (which I highly recommend doing it that way) one was the Club and the other was the Pastrami ... Both delicious in their own way and the ingredients were fresh. The fresh wheat/white bread was delicious. The staff was friendly upon interaction but was not greeted or hailed with a "thanks for coming in" when leaving. Not really a big deal, but they were really slow at the time. The staff did a wonderful job on focusing on their orders. Their work space was very clean as well... The cookies and brownies are really good as well. Always a fan.”

“Truly the best tres leches cake on Vancouver! We got our wedding cake here and it was just so perfect, I wish I could have kept it! We have them a brief description and then when I saw it on my wedding day I just wanted to cry. Truly SO beautiful! I didn’t even ask for the flowers, but I was so pleased with it!”

“The Pastor are the best tacos I have had in a very long time. I have been a couple times now( two days in a row). We are staying in the area visiting. This place is a dream come true. I have always searched for the out of the way taco cart that’s amazing and no one really knows about it. This is that place. The service was very friendly and cheerful, even when they started getting busy. Everything we tried was wonderful. Their tacos left me feeling happy and full. Like there was sunshine in my belly. My girlfriend and I had a fight before stopping here. She ate one taco and started telling me how much she loved me. The tacos here might just be magic. Definitely saving my relationship. So do your self a favor. if you are looking for a place to eat in the area, just eat here. I will definitely be eating here every time I’m in the area. We might even drive up here from Oregon just for these tacos. That’s how good they are!”

“We hired them to bartend at my wedding and they were amazing! The prices are great compared to what others charge, super friendly and easy to talk to, plus they made great cocktails. The owner is also very easy to get ahold of as I could email him late at night and get a reply back rather quickly. My husband and I aren't big drinkers so we went with their recommendation on beer and champagne and everyone loved it. I had forgotten to update them on the guest count so they had bought more alcohol than we needed and they let us keep all of it. That's big for me because I know some people who had to argue with the company they hired just to get their stuff back. Overall I'm really happy we went with them for our wedding and would definitely recommend them again.”

“I got takeout and ate it in the car, and it was the best lunch I've had in months. I did the brisket plate which came with a side and a piece of bread. SO good. I am literally obsessed. I need to try the sauce next time! Don't be surprised if you see me here once a week or more! It is a little expensive, but it's worth it IMO.”
