They left my home clean, picked up after themselves and never once seemed ungrateful to be here even though it was almost 100degrees outside. “I have known the folks at A Better Way Storage and used their facilities on an ongoing basis for the last 14 years and for temporary storage off and on for 7 years. They are the best in the business. The place is always super clean and well-kempt. They helped me store belongings during an emergency evacuation due to forest fires . Yesterday, I had a problem with my storage unit, some contents had shifted and blocked the door from opening. Mary was really excellent and very efficient and friendly in helping me problem solve. She got Dave there same day and he helped get my door open and rearranged items to prevent that happening again. “We had only a small job, but it was so important to us. We love our mid-century kitchen cabinetry, but standard wall oven measurements have changed and our old Westinghouse wall oven finally died. We needed a cabinet modified for a modern wall oven. Most importantly, there were two cabinet doors that required down-sizing to new measurements. I am so impressed with their artistry, and equally impressed with the fact that the customer service and attention I received was excellent even though the price tag was modest. They could have reacted the way another cabinet shop did when I inquired about my project – they could have said my job was too small to bother with! I was treated so well, and the modified cabinet doors are beautiful and perfect. I will definitely turn to Benchmark Woodwork, for our future needs. They’re a local treasure!”
