“Westside Flats is a well managed apartment complex with quiet neighbors and a wonderful Property Manager. Cam is professional, communicative, and extremely proactive. To directly refute the non-resident's review about getting their car towed... this wasn't a sudden thing and their car should have been towed. There was frequent communication with all residents about the policy prior to enacting it and it was done for the good of the residents who live here and pay for parking. Friends ARE allowed to park in tenant spots as long as the car is registered with the office. The building is clean and well taken care of. It is on a bus line. The neighborhood is cool. It is nice being close to downtown Seattle without being in it. Get an apartment here! Just do it!”

“I recently moved to West Seattle from New York. My boyfriend and I looked at dozens of apartment complexes in the area and I can say with confidence the Whittaker is the best one. You can't beat the location. The proximity to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, not the mention the bus stop right across the street is incredibly convenient. The bedrooms are spacious and overall the layouts feel much more open for the same square footage than others I've seen. There are lots of community spaces that you can use that are often empty or have enough space to social distance--this is huge if you're working from home. Also NICE appliances, huge sinks and beautiful islands overall amazing kitchens. The staff are on top of everything-- packages are never left out and every common area is clean. The only con I can think to mention is there are concerns with break ins in the parking garage. However, that is a problem anywhere in the Junction. I would say there should be a security guard on duty at all times. I do see one from time to time. Shout out to Emmaly, our leasing agent, who made the move in experience seamless. We changed our minds on the layout and square footage several times and she always quickly adjusted and gave us great options. There are TONS of different layouts here so I really appreciated all the effort she put in to find us the perfect one. Don't hesitate to move in here. If you don't need the West Seattle bridge to get to work it's the perfect place to live IMO.”
