“After they installed a new roof, I asked them to renovate my main bathroom. Very happy with the results. Ben, the project manager, was very helpful and responsive. Eventually, I asked them to replace all my windows. This required the siding tp be remove so it required exterior painting. They did that for me too. All the work is excellent Will use them again for future projects”

“I work in the Seattle central business district and I have frequent an substantial amount of baristas throughout the area for the past 5 years. I can’t quite think of a more inviting loving place then groove city. The coffee is great but the music atmosphere and over all ambiance puts it over the top. This place is conveniently tucked away just south of the hustle and bustle so you can check this place out before your start work if you work downtown. They have great personal my favorite is Amy. She is such a joy. Amy is kind and warm and I look forward to having a cup to start my day.”

“The team at Ballard Custom Audio is not just professional, but driven. Willing to work around technical issues, supply issues, and not just deliver, but support the work they do. I had a fair amount of work done on my 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel (5th wheel camera, replacing the tailgate camera, replacing the instrument cluster, replaced the media unit, new tow mirrors, etc...). Some of which was straightforward and easy, some of it was brand new to the team, but they didn't flinch at the idea of tackling something new. On top of this all, getting parts in was a NIGHTMARE, but they worked with me to make sure we were always on the same page as to what was next, when it would happen, and how much it would cost. I cannot recommend Bill and his team more for anyone that wants any upgrades or updates done to their rig for audio, security, additional cameras/options... they seem to be able to do anything.”
