When I decided to sell one of my homes there was no questions I was going to have it staged and I was going to use Spade and Archer. I had used them on other listing I've put on the market, and the return was much greater than any other stager I had worked with. I listed my home and stated I would review offers in 3 days. And she is a very comprehensive person who you can always discuss anything about the apartment and the rent. The apartment is new, the rooftop view is the best thing ever for the price and location. You may think is small but it fit a lot of things. I love the windows that goes to the ceilings so you can wake up and drink a coffee with a view. I would recommend for anybody that is looking for good location in Seattle but with an affordable price.”
