“It's a really nice place with a nice store with good selection of things reasonable priced good paved drive with gravel spots. Nice laundry room well kept with plenty of trash bins. A exceptional trail behind the park with access to the creek. A very well maintained park! And on a clear day you can see Mt.Rainier!”

“Peacefulness. A fantastic place to just get away. Great beds! My wife and I have stayed here several times and always enjoyed our stay. As a native of Steilacoom, it's always an experience to come back and see what has and has not changed. Military? If this is your first visit to Steilacoom, I don't think you could find a better place to explore from and use as a base for rest.”

“We stayed in the larger room, and it was lovely. We didn't get to use the kitchen, other than the coffee maker, but it was ready for us. There's a private yard with a deck and a beautiful garden. The decor is hunting lodge, which isn't my deal, but it was beautifully done. It's right near the fairgrounds, but the hostess said she's had the same guests during the fair for 6 years, so while it's worth calling, I wouldn't get my hopes up. The mattress was a little too hard for my mom's bad hip. The hostess was wonderful. There's parking for one vehicle per room, so if you need more, someone will have to park on the street. Adults only, so it's very peaceful.”

“The newly renovated inn was adorable. I didn't realize they closed the office at 9pm and was a little late but they weren't angry like some owners would be. They are very proud of the work they have done, as they should be, and walked me to my room to make sure I was happy with everything and to show me how everything worked. Instead of making me feel like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay, they seemed very grateful and made me feel very welcome. Prices were reasonable. If you need to stay in the area, I highly recommend the Buckley Inn”

It May have been bad at some point in the PAST with past Management but CURRENTLY it's fantastic. From the time of application to the move on date all went flawless. Lots are cleaned and is close to 410 and hwy 167. Easy freeway access and near Fred Myers and shopping center including Star Bucks Mmmm... Coffee mad Tea!☕💛 They where able to accommodate our 34 FT RV. Full Hookups!”

“My wife and I have lived in our manufactured home in Sans Souci for over six years now. The first thing that caught my eye was the overall appearance of the park. The many tall trees and winding streets were far better than many of the other parks we looked at. It truly looks like we are living in a park. The amenities are available for our enjoyment -- the pool, the clubhouse, the events -- they all contribute greatly to life at Sans Souci. Probably, the best ameninity we enjoy are the people who live here. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. That is key.”

“Amazing suite complete with separate sitting area and vanity area before entering the HUGE ROOM with the most comfortable king size four poster bed ive ever slept on and a private bathroom with shower!! Lots of thoughtful little things like chocolates and hard candies.. Coffee and tea and 2 large robes for use!! The owners are also a perk when it comes to this bnb! They are very kind and down to earth! Very friendly!! Ooh.. And my favorite amenity by far.. The HOT TUB!! Beautiful scenery to gaze out at while sitting against the stress relieving jets!! Highly recommended and well worth the price!!”
