He takes his business very seriously and goes out of his way for the customer. Here's a little side story... My family and I were going to tow our trailer over the mountains for a camping trip. I needed the ball joints in my truck replaced, so I had George do the work. The day before we left for the hills one of the ball joints came out. Turns out this was not his fault, the dealer gave us the wrong parts. Still George felt terrible. He actually came to my house with the correct parts and tools and did all of the work right in my driveway.. FREE of charge! He saved our family vacation and prevented what could have been a disaster. And so, he gained a customer and friend for life. Thanks George! “He's busy, but he's awesome! Honestly he's one of the best mechanics I've ever known. He got a part from the dealership using my vin, installed it, and it was wrong and cracked my timing chain cover, dumped 15 quarts of oil on the freeway. He paid to have it towed to his shop, he spent almost a month fixing the dealerships mistake on his dime! Even installed a new water pump and clutch (I only paid for parts) for me since he had to completely dismantle the truck! Like I said, he is busy, so it's not fast service, but it is honest and great work!”

“Had an oil leak, they quickly diagnosed the issue and came back to me saying the plastic oil filter housing was cracked and that's where the leak was coming from. Dodge, why is this plastic? Rick hooked it up with a new aluminum housing for the filter and the issue is gone. They went above and beyond to get my work truck back on the road and I feel confident there won't be any issues. “Love this place. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The vacuums are always in good working order. They have a large waiting room inside and a place outside for customers getting their cars detailed. UPDATE: I Forgot to mention one very important thing. The restroom was the cleanest public restroom I have EVER been in. On my way out I said and I meant it, "Whoever cleaned that bathroom deserves a raise". It turns out it was the young lady at the front counter who did it. I didn't get her name but it was Wednesday, 08/30/23 around 2:30 or 3:00.”

“Being that this location is right off the 205 freeway, it is usually pretty busy. Despite the busy location, I've never had to wait in line long The staff have always been friendly & helpful. Propane is sold here, drive up to the propane tank, let them know you need some & they will gladly fill your tank, however the price is a bit high. Diesel fuel is available at this location, as well as a pay to use an air pump. It's been a while since I've used the air, it was either 50¢ or a dollar, Quarters only.”
