“Seems to be fairly quiet, but there are children living here, so expect a little noise. When coming here, do NOT underestimate the speed mountains!! They are huge. I visit a friend here and haven't encountered any unfriendly people. (BUT theres always a bad apple or two.) Not high class, its a trailer park folks, but its kept pretty clean w/o ugly yards or dead vehicles all over.”

The lots are.roomy and this place.is well.regulated.by management so you won't see dead vehicles and trash all over.it is just a nice little trailer park that is very convenient to getting to shopping,work,and playing around but is very well hidden giving you the feeling you are farther out of the city than you are. “Lived here for 7-8 months, in an RV space. Management is perfect. Spaces are tight. 24hr Laundry on site, but very limited, and no change machine. Residents are peaceful and no known problems of thievery. Space comes with a little shed. RV spaces are gravel, with full hookups, and new 50amp connections. Rent is very reasonable, compared to other RV/mobile parks. Would recommend to anyone with an open mind.”
