Because of the rules the park is sparkling clean, safe and quiet. It feels cozy and homey rather than a campground needing a good cleaning. “We lived there for about a year; when searching for a mobile home park it was the nicest and most affordable park we've seen. The management keeps everyone accountable to the rules so that everyone can be respectful of each other in close quarters. I met many residents that have lived there for years and almost everyone is kind and looks out for each other. Even just walking my dog, neighbors I didn't know would offer me veggies from their garden! If you want somewhere peaceful and you're willing to follow the guidelines, this is the place for you!”

“🚨HIDDEN GEM🚨 don’t listen to the people giving this place less than 5 stars. I’ve been staying here all week, and I can confidently say this place has exceeded all of my expectations. The bathrooms are CLEAN and the putt putt is FUN. We have been going to the hot tub every night & there’s also a foosball table that everyone can play on. Okay so maybe the word “resort” is a bit misleading…but hey, it’s the best dang campsite I’ve stayed at in a long time. Give it a try!!!”

“This is a hidden treasure. They have a grand recreational area that you can rent out and have huge events. Indoor tennis courts, basketball area and other activities you can play. The facilities are clean and bathrooms are conveniently close. Full connections and they even have stagecoach rooms you can rent out. I’m surprised the occupancy here is very low. I went on a holiday and it was about 20% full. I loved it.”

In heart of city.....but dont come here thinking you can get to the water, lol ......they rope all water access off and say no access (even says no in the lease) .....found that was very strange......we could not launch our kayak from the rv park.”

“Campsites were clean, well spaced, and well signed. We were tent camping, which was nice that they had it available even though their bread and butter is RVs. Nice bathroom, free showers. 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lake entrance being kind of gross (lots of water plants, no real “swimming” area) but all in all a pleasurable stay. Check in was easy and pleasant, she even brought us over to our site in her golf cart. Definitely would stay again - site prices comparable to state park rates.”
