“I stopped here for dinner today. It is Friday. They had a lot of options for their fish fry. They had everything from cod to walleye. I got the bluegill! It was delicious. I really liked the tarter sauce, it had large chunks of pickles in it. It came with a choice from a long list of items for a side. I got the garlic red potatoes. And the dinner came with the soup and salad bar! All for a great price of $14.99. It was a great deal! Great food and great service. I give this place two thumbs up for tonight's dinner.”

“We are doing a really cool road trip before gas prices make it undoable, this gem in Portage Wisconsin is Amazing! I was totally in the mood for a good small town breakfast and this place is exactly what I wanted. I got the Farmers Skillet and it came with two pancakes, so much food for $9.99!! And it’s not only the quantity but it’s absolutely delicious. If you’re riding by or even if you’re not, this place is worth the drive. The staff was also incredible, small town, happy, and friendly. Everything I love about America!”

“Old school wisconsin hunting/fishing fans will love. Been coming here 25 hears. I live in Tn now and came back to Milwaukee for a night and drove to Portage for steak sandwiches on the way back South. Thats 5 extra hours and worth every bite. Great pizza but i needed a steak fix after being without for six years. Cash and check only though so bring it and remember to tip. Five stars as always. As a former Pub owner myself I promise it wont disappoint.”

“This was my fiance first time here. I was with my step daughter and fiance. We had egg drop soup it was good but she was not used to it being orange in color. Fried rice was not the best but the rest of the food was amazing will be coming back here again in the near future. The picture are what we ordered and we did have a Togo order for my other step daughter so she could take it to work .”
