Their work is quick and reliable, they're friendly as heck, and they'll do everything they can to keep the price down. Really, it's almost ridiculous -- Mary Linn topped off my brake fluid for nothing once, and Steve spent half an hour checking my fifteen-year-old Chevy, then fixed something that was, he said, "so easy there's no charge." If you're looking for an honest mechanic, Tom's Auto Clinic is the place to go in Madison.”

“Wow! I had zero idea this place was a religious place! Let me tell you a story. I’m an atheist. I came here a year ago for a good ole check up, my first tests actually even though I was 32, I suddenly started to worry about those sorts of things. I was very scared as I am quite timid, and everyone was just beyond friendly and lovely. In fact, everyone was so lovely that I would stick around to chat for nearly an hour. I even came back the next day with donuts and had coffee and donuts with the entire staff. I had even mentioned that I am an atheist, and absolutely no one ever made me feel unwelcome or judged. These folks couldn’t be nicer and I feel so lucky that a shy person like me took her first steps in that regard with people who are just as compassionate as I am. I just happened to be around the corner as I write this (I don’t live in Wisconsin), thought this area looked familiar, and double checked to see if it was the same spot. When I realized it was, I grabbed a box of cupcakes at the grocery store and popped in to say hi.”

He listened to my concerns and quickly developed a plan to remediate the problem. Proposed quote was half of what others had proposed. I was under a timeline and they scheduled a date quickly. They removed old insulation, cleaned and disinfected the entire basement (including sump pump well) and installed new insulation. The basement looked clean enough to eat in when they were done! Jim had even cleaned and disinfected areas not requested in the original proposal and Jim refused extra compensation for going above and beyond! I will call them in a heartbeat if I have any cleanup issues in the future! Highly recommended!!”
