Not something I was thrilled about doing because I hate walking on cold floors. I mentioned it during my in home estimate when I was politely asked to wait a moment while he ran back to his vehicle. He came back with TONS of carpet samples that were allergen friendly! I didn’t know nearly or completely allergen free carpets even existed?! Happy that I could keep my beloved carpets, I started picking away at all the samples. I had a slew of questions and difficulty deciding which carpet I wanted to go with. The salesman was very patient with me and explained everything in great detail. He smiled, answered all my questions and I even went with one of his recommendations. I say this only because I have a very small house and was not a high paying customer. Service you’d expect from someone that was spending a large sum of money with. It’s nice to know there are still good businesses out there. The kind that appreciate each and every customer, from every walk of life.”
