Recently we had to get all new windows installed and during the installation process we ran into significant dry rot problems, that were covered behind the siding. Koeper Construction was a strong referral to me and they delivered 100%. They were able to take on my job in short notice, demo a large cathedral ceiling wall and rebuild it to the exact same measurements (as I already had new windows cut to size), along with properly flashing the windows to eliminate this problem from occurring again. “I am currently on the sub-acute care floor at Samaritan home. I have been here for a couple of weeks and will be for a week or so more. As a former administrator in a social service field, I have been interested in observing the staff interaction with the residents. I judge about 90% to 95% of the staff want to be here and work with this population. This includes both long-term staff (+25 years) and more recent hires. The staff interact easily with residents on the wing I am on. It happens that the area I am in is somewhat a mixed nursing home/Sub-acute rehabilitation floor. Very simply, I attribute the good staff morale and thus their very easy, yet professional, interaction with residents with proper administrative management. I have concluded that this is true quality and I am pleased to have selected this facility for the services I need.”

“Jessie and Barb offer a great product and service. We’ve loved our 8x10 foot cabin since we bought it five years ago. Jessie dropped it and stabilized it in our backyard without tearing up the lawn in about 30 minutes. The structure is very soundly built with cool features and loads of natural light through three windows (two that open with screens). Jessie and his crew moved the cabin again last week 10 miles down the road without incident and nestled it in our new backyard. The kids are out playing in it constantly. They can be a little hard to get a hold of but they’re sheds and service are worth the wait!”
