“I was installing a new 75” smart tv and needed a new designated plug. Pete was very responsive, assessed what I needed, respected covid safety, and gave me a fair quote. His associate came & installed the new plug, which involved crawling into the attic to run the new line, and did so in a prompt and courteous manner, cleaning up afterward. He also did a 2 minute fix of another related wall plug so the “up” & “down” 3 switches coordinated positions! There was a slight snafu as I was going to pay with cash, had no checks, and finally used my charge card a month later than expected, due to personal circumstances, which included a fair 3.5% service charge. I was grateful for the professional manner everything was handled, highly recommend this local business, and will definitely use their services again if needed.”

“I have AAA. I was driving my old school to another location when it broke down. I called AAA and they sent me a tow truck and driver from Bob's Main Street Towing. I was so pleased with Sharon. She was well aware of how to hook up to my classic car. I was very impressed. She was fast, friendly and very competent at her job. This happened on 12/10/23 3pm truck 46 I hope when and if I need more help I get her again. That would be great. She has an amazing personality and chooses to do the proper job.”

Went to kettle moraine to see what they had in stock and see what options we had. Patrick went above and beyond to show us options, compare pricing and availability. We were able to order our oven that we truly wanted, but wouldn't come in for a few weeks. Due to Thanksgiving 48 hours away, they offered us to borrow an oven until ours comes in.
