“There were renovations taking place in the lobby when we were there so the front desk was relocated to an area that was somewhat cramped. The pool wasn't open when we checked in but appeared to be later as we saw people with towels and swimsuits. The person in the adjoining room for the duration of oyr stay coughed very loudly all night and we could hear it very clearly, then my husband and I both tested positive for covid when we got home.”

“Check-in was good, front desk employee was nice and friendly. My room was on the 6th floor, nice view of the river or creek that was behind the hotel, alot of ducks outside in the river. The room was nice and cozy. The bed was amazing, I slept like a baby and had no interruptions in sleep, no noises anywhere whatsoever. Check out was at 11”

“This is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. Plenty of space in the rooms and the kitchen and bath are also spacious and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils and equipment. Having an oven also makes it great for staying in. I highly recommend this!”

“Comfortable Beds. Friendly Staff. Great Management. Yummy Breakfast. Great Location. The air conditioning went out in our room and we called the front desk who came up right away to fix it. He couldn't fix it and offered us a new room 2 doors down. The ac was perfect in that room. Then the neighbors upstairs kept stomping around at 10:30pm so we called the desk again (we had to be up at 5am so we were already in bed). The manager (I think) went right upstairs and told them to keep it down. They immediately stopped and we fell asleep. This is the most responsive, attentive, kind staff I've met at a hotel for awhile. I used to work at choice hotels, ascend collection and we specialized in customer service. This staff and management had the excellence of a 5 star hotel!”

“This is what a hotel should be like. Other hotel managers should be required to stay here as an example and a target for them to shoot for. The food excellent. The staff was super friendly and always smiling. The rooms were luxurious. The door separating the bedroom from the living area was invaluable. If this is an example of the entire line of hotels I will find it hard to stay anywhere else.”
