In the third trimester, we discussed what my goals were for delivery. Emily shared a better birthing position, taught me HOW to push, and explained the “why” behind these things. Delivery went smoothly, and I was left with a stronger and more capable body postpartum. Most notably, I did not have the same noodly lower back as I did with my first two.
