The owner, or the one who was working at the time,, was super nice and friendly. She's just the type of person I would want to be there. Helpful, patient, but also not hovering? If that's a good word for it. It was nice to be allowed to exist and not have every person gawking at me and my party of 2 to see if we mess up or anything. That was really nice. The only thing is... it would've been nice for more people to have been welcoming. There was no "hello" upon entering. No smile or head nod from anyone else... but that's not the owners nor fellow customers there to make it so. This place is what you make of it. “Love this place. The employees are all friendly and helpful. The vacuums are always in good working order. They have a large waiting room inside and a place outside for customers getting their cars detailed. UPDATE: I Forgot to mention one very important thing. The restroom was the cleanest public restroom I have EVER been in. On my way out I said and I meant it, "Whoever cleaned that bathroom deserves a raise". It turns out it was the young lady at the front counter who did it. I didn't get her name but it was Wednesday, 08/30/23 around 2:30 or 3:00.”

They are exceptional classic and minimal drinks and yet have some great recipients and fun drinks without losing the essence of coffee in any way. Owner and staff really care about sharing an experience, educating, and creating coffee that’ll make you stop and enjoy. Their roasting is superb and have won several competitions. The customer service from one young man is phenomenal, and that would be Bailey of course! 😊 I come at least every other day cus I work crossed the parking lot and I don't even have to tell him my order, he's got it down by memory. Even down to the fact that I drink my hot drink with a straw which I love and appreciate so much! I'm usually in a rush so I'm not late for work and I rarely am waiting longer than a minute or two. Also my order is always on point and just how I like it. I do not however like the fact that I can not tip Bailey, that needs to change no matter what their wage is they deserve to be tipped. And it's my money if I want to give it to Bailey to show appreciation I should be able to! Bailey you rock, don't ever change bud!!!”
