He also went above and beyond and cleaned and washed the vehicle to help the guys in the back. His co-worker Mike S. was also back there helping the process of getting their vehicles cleaned and rented in timely manner. Then when Mike S. finished his vehicle he asked if Mike C. could use a hand cleaning hood and they both knocked it out in no time. Great service from some great guys”

“Unbelievably Great Customer Service by all staff - especially a CRM star named Montana. I travel quite a bit like many people. Sometimes I rent up to 3 rental cars in a day, I know what service is both good and bad. I was another rental car company Gold member for several years, this trip Avis had a better corporate rate. At most FBO.s at private airports I had great service, but not like the service I had at Grapevine, Tx. Avis. Traveling this trip on Airlines I needed a car for a several month long project. I found the best rate was not at DFW but off site like they usually are, so I took Uber the short trip to Avis. I am on the third month of this project, I stop by to pick up my bill as we scan our receipts, a young gentleman named Montana knows my name when I walk in, has my paper work ready, takes care of any requests and knows what correct procedures are the first time. Companies need to promote from within more and Montana definitely has a great future at any company, Avis don’t loose this one. Great customer Service - Better than DFW prices.”

“I had an AWFUL experience for my first time renting with budget. I had a reservation for 5pm that I made online MONTHS prior. I landed and called the rental place and let the guy know I was coming at 4:18pm. I got to the rental place (the one inside the country inn) from the airport at 4:54pm to have the doors locked. I called this budget that was close by ( 6322 E Superstition Springs Blvd ) and luckily the girl was so kind and came and picked me up since I Ubered to the original location. A+++ service from this location. She was so kind and made sure I had everything I needed before she let me go and apologized that there was nothing in my class I rented but I was just happy to have a car for the weekend. She even technically stayed late! I had a prepaid reservation, called the guy and he still left. Horrible service from that location. If you aren’t going to stay for reservations you shouldn’t book them at that time. It’s not my fault it’s available. I rented November 7-10. Thank you to this budget for taking care of me.”
